  • Fit, Flexible and Fun Fitness for Women is running a Zoom class. It will be Monday afternoons from 5:30-6:30 p.m.  Taught by Fran Hoogestraat and Joan Lehning. Please email to Joan Lehning at jlehning@comcast.net to get the link and time.
  • Fran Hoogestraat is also leading a class specifically for older women, called “Fit for Life.” Sessions will be Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. or Friday mornings at 10:30 a.m.  She is using with Zoom. Please email Fran at fran.hoogestraat@gmail.com for the Zoom link.

Project Connect Nashville:

Project Connect Nashville connects churches to community. They work with individuals and families to break the poverty cycle through relationships, resources, and education.
