For years Nashville FBC has done a good job of helping people with knowing how to find resources for food and home cleaning products. We partner with outside ministry groups and cooperate with other agencies. Because we have missed some immediate opportunities to assist, have had to send some persons home empty-handed, and have the compassion for helping others, we are now stocking a food pantry to assist families who are in the community and beyond, who stop by our church during the week, who are within our own congregation, and those who receive assistance, aid, or education from our ministry partners that meet in our building during the week. Here are the items that we need. This Sunday there will be a cart next to the door that you enter where you can place your food items or home supplies. We will stock the shelves on Mondays.
Thanks for ministering to others in crucial and difficult days.
This is an ongoing church wide mission project.
