Various Connect Groups in our church will be contributing items for Basic Bags to donate for our ongoing partnership with Nashville World Outreach. Groups are encouraged to bring items on August 21.
Here is your Connect Groups assignment:
- Abundant Life – Liquid hand soap (total 15 bottles)
- Encouragers – 4-6 packs of toilet paper (15 packs total)
- First Kids – one bar of soap per child
- First Students – Liquid hand soap (total of 15 bottles)
- Passages – 4-6 packs of toilet paper (15 packs total)
- Pathfinders – large bottles of liquid laundry detergent (total 10 bottles)
- JOY Class – large bottles of liquid laundry detergent (total 10 bottles)
- Connecting Class – Financial donation for feminine hygiene products to be purchased by Pam. This may be given as a designated gift to Basic Basic Ministry.
- Stages II – 30 Extra-large reusable shopping bags (like you find at TJ Maxx)
- Open Door – Large bottles of liquid laundry (total of 10 bottles)
- Crossroads – Large Containers of disinfecting wipes
- Pillars – 8 ounce or larger bottles of hand sanitizer
If you don’t have a group, but would like to contribute: Feel free to bring any of the above-listed items to the drop-off locations at church.
World Outreach Ministry will distribute these bags to 30 refugee families in our area.
