Ladies, are you looking for greater flexibility, or more fitness opportunities? Are you looking to improve your back, core, and general strength? Each class is an hour and will end with devotion and prayer. Facilitators are Joan Lehning and Fran Hoogestraat who bring their dance, physical therapy, and sports training skills with them to each class.

Bring: yoga mat, bottled water, and dress accordingly. Classes will conclude November 18 – 22.

Holy Yoga


Holy Yoga is Christ-Centered yoga.
Wednesdays| $5 Donation | Room 340
5:30 – 6:20 p.m. & 6:30 – 7:20 p.m.

Holy Yoga is designed to specifically deepen your connection with Christ through integrating Scripture, prayer, worship, and the physical practice of yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, sturdy blanket or towel, and a water bottle. No previous experience is necessary. Contact the facilitator, Kimee Shideler, with questions.
