Marathon Outreach 2025

The Rock ’n’ Roll Nashville Marathon brings thousands of runners and spectators to our doorstep each year since the starting gate is located on Broadway near the church. The race benefits St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Nashville First opens the doors to our church early before the start of the marathon to provide a safe place for clean restrooms, phone charging, water, and prayer. It takes a lot of volunteers to help and reach out to our community.

This is a fun event where the whole family can volunteer; the only catch is you have to wake up early!  Runners appreciate it so much and often return each year.
